Research Interests
The research direction：Pediatric Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery -- Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children. We investigated the risk factors of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children with OSAHS. We conducted a metagenomic study of OSAHS in children. Our previous study found that there were significant changes in serum IL-17, IL-17F, TGFβ1, IL-28, IL-4 and IL-12p70 in children with simple snoring and OSAHS. All these studies showed that the biomarkers found by proteomics could be used as effective predictors of OSAHS.
