Dr.Shao has been engaged in the clinical work of childhood acute leukemia for a long time to study the pathogenesis of relapse and refractory leukemia and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It was found that TGFß could induce epithelial mesenchymal transformation of neuroblastoma cell and promote tumor cell migration. To investigate the mechanism of mesenchymal stem cell mediated epithelial mesenchymal transformation in bone marrow metastasis of neuroblastoma.
