Research Interests
Dr. Qin has significant experience with both open and laparoscopic surgery, expert in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. His research interests focus on gastric cancer, including the mechanism of immune evasion, and developing novel therapies for patients with gastric cancer while simultaneously studying the mechanism of how these therapies impact the tumor immune microenvironment. Dr. Qin has been funded as a principal investigator by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai. He has authored a series of articles in peer-reviewed journals such as Annals of Surgery and Annals of Oncology, with the impact factor over 125.
