I have been engaged in the basic and clinical research of glioma for a long time, and I proposed and proved that glioma stem cells can transdifferentiate into vascular endothelial cells, moreover, we proved that the differentiation defect of glioma stem cells is related to the decrease of their autophagic activity. As well, we proposed personalized treatment of glioma based on molecular diagnosis relatively earlier in China. The operation method of hydrocephalus was improved and the operation time was significantly shortened. At present, I am committed to the research of preoperative diagnosis of hydrocephalus.
