Research Interests
By using automatic ozone exposure system to produce acute or chronic oxidative stress, implying on asthma rodent models or air-liquid cell culture system, our research mainly focus on exploring the molecular mechanisms of oxidative stress in the development of glucocorticoid resistance in asthma, key perspectives involving molecules such as p38 MAPK, MKP-1, HSP20, and ATF3.
