Research Interests
Professor Zeng is a visiting scholar of Kyushu University Hospital and University of Chicago. She has been working in the Department Gastroenterology for more than 20 years. Her clinical features include the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis and inflammatory bowel disease and clinical application of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT). The main research direction focuses on the role of intestinal flora and intestinal immunity in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis and inflammatory bowel disease. Professor Zeng has projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, Shanghai Hospital Development Center and the Foundation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine for the Research-oriented Doctors.
