Research Interests
Focus on the basic research and clinical translational research of gastrointestinal tumors. In details, our current research focuses on two related research topics that have emerged from our more recent work: 1) the role and mechanisms of ncRNA in cellular metabolism, tumor microenvironment, and cancer therapy in gastrointestinal tumors. 2) Spatial and temporal heterogeneity of gastrointestinal tumors based on multi-omics.
