Research Interests
He has been engaged in the basic and clinical research of sepsis for a long time, with sepsis immunosuppression as the main research direction. His research group has accumulated rich experience in the research on the mechanism of DC dysfunction leading to sepsis immunosuppression, making a profound study on a new form of cell death, namely PANoptosis, in which mtDNA-induced pyroptosis, apoptosis and programmed necroptosis of DCs were tangled. The research group has published dozens of SCI papers related to sepsis. Among them, some research achievements won the second prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award and the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.
