Research Interests
Li Li has dedicated her life to the studies of mast cell, with an emphasis on researches to inhibit mast cell activation, including methods of apoptotic inducers targeting and bifunctional vaccines targeting,，achiving a profound impact on the treatment of allergic diseases. These studies are further supplemented by her comprehensive analysis of mast cell proteome and transcriptomic differences between cells and extracellular vesicles before and after mast cell activation.
In terms of clinical applications, Li Li’s research has quantified the effects of free IgE that was neutralized by the exosomal membrane molecules on alleviating allergic reactions.
