Eye Research Institute of SJTU, Shanghai Eye Research Institute, Shanghai Key Lab of Fundus Diseases. Vice President of the Hospital in charge of science and education. Committee Member of Chinese Society of Ophthalmology and President of Shanghai Society of Ophthalmology, Membership of ARVO, AAO, ASRS. Specialized in the expertise of in vitreous-retina surgery and medical retina. Major research interests are in retina, especially in age-related macular degeneration, neuroprotection. Has been charged 11 National Grants，such as National Key R&D Program, National Science and Technology Key Grant “863” and “973” funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. 7 National Natural Funds of Science Grants. 173 publications were published by worldwide journals. "National Labor Medal" honored by All China Federation of Trade Unions (AFCTU) in 2017. Shanghai advanced worker awarded by Shanghai Municipal Peoples Government in 2015. Outstanding doctor awarded by Chinese Society of Ophthalmology in 2010.Talented person awarded by Ministry of Personnel in 2009. Outstanding Youth Researcher awarded by Ministry of Education in 2007.
