Research Interests
Renal interstitial fibrosis is the common pathway for a variety of chronic kidney disease (CKD) to develop into end-stage renal disease. Skeletal muscle atrophy is a serious complication in the late stage of CKD. I have been engaged in CKD clinical work for more than ten years, and accumulated a lot of clinical experience. Therefore, my basic research direction is the pathogenesis of renal interstitial fibrosis and skeletal muscle atrophy in chronic kidney disease.
