Research Interests
Hui Xiao is Deputy Chief Physician at the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at the School of medicine, Shanghai Jiaotong University since 2014. She has extensive clinical training and has long-term experience in performing translational studies in lung cancer, exosomes, and immune escape. Dr. Hui's current research interest also includes the biological function of exosomes, and their natural ability to transfer RNA, and protein to cells in the lung cancer microenvironment. Previously, Dr. Hui has been a fellow at the Department of Molecular Biosciences, Cancer Research Center, University of Kansas, U.S.A. and the Krefting Research Centre, Göteborg University, Sweden, and has more than 10 scientific papers published or in press (Pub Med).
