Research Interests
Professor Yao has long been engaged in the basic and transitional research of postoperative cognitive dysfunction, cerebral and spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion, comprehensively applied a variety of technical methods such as animal behavior test, molecular and cell biology to thoroughly investigate the molecular mechanism and corresponding treatment of postoperative cognitive dysfunction, brain and spinal cord deficiency. Prof.Yao has been supported by three National Natural Science Funds of China and other 9 projects. She has participated in the editing of 8 monographs and has published more than 40 literatures in both Chinese and English, among which some of the research have been repoeted at the ASA annual conference in the United States.
