Research Interests
Trained and fellowshipped at the best cardiovascular hospital in China, Beijing Fuwai Hospital, University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and Stanford University Medical Center.
Independently conducted more than 5,000 cardiovascular surgeries, specializing in CABG, multi-valve replacement, total aortic arch replacement, Bentall, Wheat, radiofrequency modified Maze for atrial fibrillation undergoing concomitant cardiac surgery, radical operation for Tetralogy of Fallot and other kinds of congenital heart disease.
Recently achieved great surgical results from radiofrequency modified Maze for atrial fibrillation undergoing concomitant cardiac surgery and hybrid surgery for aortic dissection.
Recently have interest in minimally invasive heart surgery under thoracoscope, minimally invasive techniques for mitral and aortic valve repair and reconstruction, and the Cardiac Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support.
Have published many research papers with the focus on the study of Association of Apolipoprotein M and coronary artery disease. Recently have interest in research of stem cells therapy for coronary artery disease.
