Research Interests
Our research is focused on the discovery target genes required for osteosarcoma growth, metastasis and drug resistance, then to study their detailed functions and mechanisms. Our findings will provide new drug targets for the treatment of osteosarcoma. Additionally, we have also screened and identified some new antitumor compounds, and then investigate the antitumor mechanism of these agents. We mainly apply a combination of molecular and biochemical approaches to study our projects.
