Research Interests
My lab is interested in how the self-renewal and lineage differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells regulated and how the gene mutations contribute to leukemogenesis. We investigate this based on a variety of genetic disease mouse models and clinical patient samples. My lab is also interested in screening neoantigens specific TCRs and development of TCR-based cell therapy for hematopoietic malignances.
