Research Interests
Yong Zhou, Principal Investigator, Vice-President of Shanghai General Hospital Clinical Research Institute and Director of Research Center For Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular. He is dedicated to epidemiological studies of pan-vascular diseases. He organized and established a large-scale pan-vascular disease community cohort earlier in China (15,000 people followed up for 12 years). His research interests include the basic and translation research of the precise prevention and control of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases based on AI; The development, evaluation, and promotion of AI-based cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases predictive models for Chinese population. He has published more than 80 papers in Cell, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Nature Metabolism, Circulation Research, Journal of Clinical Investigation, Hypertension, Stroke, etc. He had led and participated in several programs supported by NSFC, National Key R&D Program of China, etc.
