Research Interests
My current work draws inspiration from clinical issues and focuses on critical care nephrology and blood purification. Over the past decades, I have been dedicated to the research of pathogenesis of acute kidney injury as well as its relevant cohort study and intervention. Besides, I have more interest in the development of new blood purification technologies and the construction and evaluation of bioreactor. I devote myself into clinical translation and contribute to improving dialysis removal of protein-bound uraemic toxins and optimizing calcium supplementation approach, and have successfully developed an automated regional citrate anticoagulation apparatus. I will continue the academia-industry collaboration and provide more effective methods for kidney diseases.
