Research Interests
My clinical specialty is ocular oncology, engaged in clinical and basic research of intraocular malignant tumors. Mainly focusing on retinoblastoma the most common intraocular tumor of childhood. Explore the origin and the mechanism of retinoblastoma progression from epigenetic and genetic perspectives to find new treatment targets with the hope of providing potential systemic therapies in retinoblastoma patients. Perform multicenter clinical cohort study to investigate and analyze the risk factors of retinoblastoma patients, optimize the treatment plan, and improve the eye preservation rate and survival rate.
