Research Interests
Dr. Lin Li has concentrated on hereditary retinal diseases, myopia, and strabismus. She identified mutations in two genes (ZNF513 and CLCC1) that are responsible for retinitis pigmentosa and continued to investigate the molecular mechanism at the level of three-dimensional genomics. In addition, she has conducted prospective multicenter studies on the safety and efficacy of repeated low-intensity red light irradiation, low-concentration atropine, and orthokeratology for the treatment of myopia. She is constructing eye movement equipment based on clinical needs. She has completed three National Natural Science Foundation of China programs, filed for ten patents, and published more than 20 SCI papers.
