Research Interests
Professor Kuang has been working in the area of assisted reproductive technology since 1995 and is one of the pioneers in the ART field in China. He has been promoting mild stimulation and natural cycles into IVF clinics early. He is the first man in China who perform 'freeze-all' policy instead of fresh embryo transfer, and he established a new approach termed progestin-primed ovarian stimulation (PPOS) by performing luteal-phase ovarian stimulation. His main research focuses on clinical and basic research in reproductive medicine, reproductive genetics and ovulation induction related abnormalities and complications.
