Based on the clinical work and research platform in our department (Assisted Reproduction Department of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital), focusing on the female reproductive function and regulating mechanism of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis, and dividing into the following research areas:
How do the GnRH neurons regulate the LH surge and ovulation?
How does the clinical outcome of “Progestin-Primed Ovarian Stimulation Protocol (PPOS)” initiated by our department and its regulating mechanism?
What is the function and mechanism of current social characteristics (obesity, stress, and anxiety) in ovulation, development of oocytes and embryos?
