Effects of different degrees of hypoglycemia on myocardial Connexin43 expression in diabetic minipigs after myocardial infarction healing: Sudden death is common in diabetic patients. The pathogenesis may be the malignant arrhythmia caused by hypoglycemia. The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanism of malignant arrhythmia through the expression of connex43 in myocardium of diabetic minipigs.
Improvement to myocardial infarction by knockout of MR in gut: MR is expressed in various tissues. Aldosterone, a MR antagonist, was found to play a role in the pathogenesis of MI. The aim of this study is to investigate the improvement to MI by knockout of MR in gut.
