Research Interests
The post-translational modifications (PTMs) of the related proteins in miRNAs biogenesis pathway. SUMOylation of the targeted proteins affects a subset of miRNAs biogenesis and results in the corresponding fuctional changes in tumorigenesis.
Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and the epigenetic biomarker of ctDNA in clinical application. The dynamical variation of ctDNA, CTCs and ctDNA epigenetics in peripheral blood of malignant tumors patients is strongly linked to tumor burden change, sensitivity or resistance to cancer treatment, etc.
