Focus on the association of hydrogen sulfide, a novel gaseous mediator with pulmonary hypertension (PH) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD), exploring novel hydrogen sulfide donor drugs and their application in the treatment for PH, CVD and other inflammatory diseases, as well as the underlying mechanisms.
