Research Interests
Research interests mainly includes following aspects: 1) Characterization of specific role of cAMP-PKA signal transduction in association with the biological behavior of hematopoietic malignant cells. 2) Identification of molecular mechanism of sinomenine derivatives-induced cell death in myeloma and lymphoma cells. 3) Potential anti-tumor effects of Chinese medical plant derivatives in patients with relapsed and/or refractory blood or solid tumors. Research vision is to build and sustain a dynamic system of high impact research in hematological malignancies, with novel methods for identifying novel targets and small molecule compounds, translating to the delivery of targeted therapies that are oncologically efficacious, have minimal side effects, and allow patients to maintain their quality of life.
