Research Interests
1.Focus on regenerative medicine, including the basic mechanism and clinical application of Stem cell therapies, Mechanical Stretch, tissue engineering, biomaterials, innovative medical devices, and artificial organs;
2.Focus on tissue fibrosis, including post-trauma fibrosis/Scar, organ fibrosis and cancer-associated fibrosis. Discover the key molecular and cellular events in fibrotic diseases, and identify novel targets for fibrosis evaluation and management;
3.Focus on aging, including mechanisms underlying changes in the aging process or age-related skin regeneration and impairments, pathophysiology of age-related diseases, and rejuvenating interventions for diseases afflicting the elderly;
4.Focus on neurofibroma, has established the largest neurofibroma biospecimen bank and patient cohort in China, and a number of original research advances have been achieved in the targeted therapy of neurofibromas and the development of new drugs.
