I have over 20 years of experience in field of joint surgery, especially focusing on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis and sports injuries.We are systematicallyresearching:1) the etiology and pathological mechanism of osteoarthritis; 2) joint-preserving surgery of early- and medial stages knee osteoarthritis, including computer-assisted surgery and 3D-printed patient-specific instrument; 3)biological therapy and biomaterial-based therapy of osteochondral defect and joint degeneration; 4)joint replacement of end-stage osteoarthritis, including complex primary and revision arthroplasty with 3D printing technique, radiologic evaluation, outcome assessments, and novel biomaterials design.
