-- Understanding the genetic and molecular basis underpinning the sensitivity and resistance to cell signaling pathway targeted agents, and developing more effective strategies to improve treatment outcomes.
-- By using Patient-derived xenografts (PDX) models, performing target identification, drug screening, biomarker development, and the preclinical evaluation of personalized medicine strategies.
