Research Interests
Dr Fan is the vice chief of Nephrology at Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital. She has been funded by multiple National and provincial grants and talent plan. She has published more than 60 papers in the peer-reviewed scientific journals including Nature Communication, JASN, Diabetes, etc. Her major research areas include mechanistic study of diabetic nephropathy, acute kidney injury and its transition; systems biology of kidney disease; application of artificial intelligence in renal pathology. Her major clinical interest includes diabetic kidney disease and primary glomerular disease.
