Research Interests
Expert at trauma orthopedics and reparative and reconstructive surgery. Team leader of the bone, joint and soft tissue infection medical group. As Co-PI, responsible for the scientific research of the bone and joint implant infection experimental platform of the Shanghai Institute of Microsurgery on Extremities. Clinical research directions include bone and soft tissue infection, nonunion, complex fractures of extremities, bone deformity, bone and soft tissue defects, osteomyelitis, chronic wound infection, open bone and soft tissue injury, hematoma abscess formation, necrotizing fasciitis, septic arthritis, metabolic arthritis, Charcot’s disease et al. The basic research directions are medical biomaterials and basic research related to bone and joint infection.
