Dedicated to basic and clinical research of bone and soft tissue sarcomas, investigating the molecular mechanism of their incidence and metastasis to ask for novel chemotherapeutic agents.
Using Single cell RNA sequencing technology combined with clinical trials to explore the complexity of the heterogeneity of the osteosarcoma immune microenvironment and its clinical relevance in immunotherapy to find an immunotherapeutic approach for osteosarcoma.
