Research Interests
Wan Xinjian has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases for a long time, especially in the endoscopic intervention of pancreaticobiliary diseases and digestive tract tumors. In the early stage, our research group carried out the development of drug-controlled release biliary litholysis stent and the experimental study on the treatment of refractory choledocholithiasis, the development of drug-eluting biliary anti-tumor stent and the study on the treatment of unresectable advanced cholangiocarcinoma. At present, we focus on the pathogenesis of cholelithiasis from the perspective of intestinal, biliary microecology and liver metabolism, exploring the prevention and treatment of cholelithiasis with traditional Chinese medicine monomer and related endoscopic therapy.
