Research Interests
Prof. Shi engaged mainly in medical treatment, teaching and researches of Otorhinolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, specializing in ear disease, particular in the diagnosis and treatment of deafness, tinnitus and aural vertigo, with skilled in otology microsurgical techniques. He established hearing and balance research laboratory based on patch clamp technique and led a number of clinical studies equipped with advanced devices and artificial intelligence. The research team focus on scientific topics related to bilirubin induced ototoxicity effects, vestibular compensation, tinnitus and deafness.
