Research Interests
The main research direction is the clinical and basic research of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD), including the lean/non-obese NAFLD, the gender differences of NAFLD, and the correlation of NAFLD with colon polyps etc. The clinical research mainly involves the analysis and comparison of the clinical characteristics of NAFLD in different subgroups. The basic research mainly focuses on the prevention and treatment of NAFLD by natural drugs such as curcumin and the exploration of the mechanism involved.
