Research Interests
Tumor immunotherapy based on inhibitory immune metabolic microenvironment regulation. Cancer metabolism reprogramming results in the accumulation of metabolic wastes and a shortage of nutrients. We analyze these changed metabolites on the phenotype of immunocytes and the efficiency of immunotherapy.
Interaction of cancer metabolism and cachexia. Based on the up-regulation of catabolism and down-regulation of the anabolism of cancer cachexia, cancer-related metabolites can accumulate in cancer patients. We focus on metabolic reprogramming of cancer cachexia and research novel therapy methods for muscle wasting.
