Research Interests
I have been engaged in the clinical and scientific research on chronic hepatitis B for more than twenty years old, and my research field is mainly about the immune molecular mechanism of chronic hepatitis B concerning about intervening the immune tolerance mechanism of HBV infection to explore new ways to activate the immune reaction to hepatitis B. We have completed serious of studies on inducing specific CTL to inhibit HBV infection through modulating some immune molecules such as ICAM-1,CTLA-4, Tregs, Notch-1 et al. One of the project of Shanghai natural science foundation has been finished about HBV replication inhibited by anti-HBcAg single chain antibody through penetrating peptides, some projects of the National Natural science foundation also participated in.More than ten graduate students were well trained and graduated. More than 80 papers were published in the first author or corresponding author.
