Research Interests
I have been working as a plastic surgeon over 30 years and engaged in management of common diseases such as congenital malformation, pathologic scars, keloids, cutaneous tumors, and impaired wounds, and especially do well in usual cosmetic surgery and micro plastic surgery. Our research group are dedicated in study of etiology and pathogenesis of hypertrophic scar and keloids, molecular mechanism of wound healing, clinical applications of novel methods and materials of facial rejuvenation. We are also interested in clinical purification and transplantation of adipose tissue, renovation of graft biomaterials in wound healing.
In addition, I am appointed as member of Plastic Surgery Society of Shanghai Medical Association, Plastic and Cosmetic Professional Committee of Shanghai Society of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine and Anti-aging Association Branch of China Association of Cosmetics and Plastic Surgery, medical expert of Shanghai Medical Association and Shanghai Medical Beauty Quality Control Expert Group.
