Research Interests
For clinical medicine research, major in image diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of musculoskeletal and central nerve system diseases based on pathology, new imaging technology, image processing and analysis technique, deep learning and other technologies, to explore the practicable value of imaging in degenerative diseases (e.g., osteoarthritis), sports medicine diseases and malignant tumors (e. g., osteosarcoma), and also early detection and severity evaluation, efficacy prediction, and construction of image big database and development of artificial intelligence method in osteoarthritis and osteosarcoma. For basic medicine research, major in applying advanced experimental technologies including molecular imaging to investigate musculoskeletal and neurological disease, for exploring the mechanism of disease occurrence, development and outcome, disease activities at the molecular level, and clinical transformation combining medicine and engineering.
