Research Interests
Professor Zhang Qin have led many research programs that focus on chronic liver diseases , specifically the role that pathogenesis of NASH. In her field-based research , in her teaching, and in her role as founder and director of the Office of Drug Clinical Trials and Phase 1 Unit of Shanghai Tongren Hospital, she initiates study on clinical application of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of NAFLD and contributes to improve clinical cure rate of CHB patients. Her research connects practice, and scholarship and is strengthened through sustained collaborations with communities and specialized hospital, with a focus on chronic liver diseases patients.
