Research Interests
I’m an expert in diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases including primary glomerulo-nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, lupus nephritis and chronic kidney diseases. My research interest is focusing on the regulation of WNK kinases by Cullin3-KLHL3 complex under different physiological and disease conditions and its significance on sodium chloride cotransporter on Distal Convoluted Tubule. I have published more than 40 research papers as first or corresponding author in journals including Journal of Clinical Investigation, Hypertension, and Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine. I was awarded sustentation funds from National Natural Science Foundation of China and some other foundations for both basic scientific and clinical research.
