Research Interests
In the field of clinical research, we have paid attention to the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction, while in the field of basic research, we have focused on the mechanisms of vascular endothelial cell damage and repair, such as the role of adipocyte-derived exosome circ-ZEB1 in regulating endothelial functional injury in diabetic vessels, circular RNA circ-ADAM9 targeting mir-133b to mediate the action of endothelial progenitor cells in the repair of atherosclerotic endothelial injury, and LncRNA H19 mediating the role of mir-107/HIF-1β axis in the repair of vascular endothelial cell injury.
