Research Interests
The research focuses on basic and clinical research of ovarian cancer: 1. Based on the liquid biopsy technology of exosomes and ctDNA, to study the functional mechanism of specific exosomes and their application as novel tumor markers in the precise detection of ovarian cancer, and to carry out clinical studies on screening peripheral blood specific ctDNA molecules indicating PARPi resistance; 2. To study the relationship between peritoneal immunosuppressive microenvironment and metastasis of ovarian cancer, pay attention to the regulation network between macrophages and other cells, and further explain the biological behavior of macrophages in regulating peritoneal metastasis of ovarian cancer.
