Research Interests
My research program focuses on improving cardiovascular medicine by advancing new insights discovered from basic scientific research to clinical applications for myocardial remodeling and arrhythmia. Our team takes efforts to investigate the role of myofibroblast differentiation in endogenous cardiac scar healing, and its effects on arrhythmia post myocardial infarction or atrial fibrillation. We also pay close attention to verify some novel molecular pathway that regulating myocardial remodeling and the formation of arrhythmia, as well as conduct clinical research which evaluating the relationship between clinical factors and outcome of arrhythmia in patients.
