李亞東,，研究員,，獨立PI，博士生導師,。國家級海外青年人才項目獲得者,。2018年博士畢業(yè)于復旦大學,，2023年在美國北卡羅來納大學教堂山分校完成博士后訓練,，入職上海交通大學醫(yī)學院松江研究院,。2025年兼聘為上海交通大學護理學院學科PI,。
課題組長期從事調控睡眠覺醒和學習記憶的神經環(huán)路和分子機制研究,，相關成果以第一/通訊作者發(fā)表在Cell Stem Cell, Nature Neuroscience, Neuron等期刊。先后獲美國NARSAD青年科學家獎,，主持國自然等多項基金,。課題組形成由博士后、博士生和科研助理構成的科研團隊,，可進行基于EEG在線解析的閉環(huán)神經調控,、在體雙光子成像結合VR編碼學習記憶檢測/EEG/LFP同步記錄、多通道電生理,、Patch-seq,、蛋白質組學、腦片膜片鉗和多種行為學檢測,。課題組經費保障完善,，人員構成合理。現(xiàn)誠招神經環(huán)路和行為方向博士后一名,。
課題組主要研究方向：
睡眠覺醒和學習記憶原理都是腦科學基本科學問題,，其調控機制是當今腦科學研究的重點和熱點。本課題組在神經網絡和分子水平關注：（1）睡眠覺醒的機制及對記憶的調控作用,。重點研究睡眠覺醒調控海馬依賴的的學習記憶和情感行為的神經環(huán)路和分子機制,。（2）阿爾茨海默病早期全身麻醉術后睡眠覺醒障礙和認知情感損害的環(huán)路和分子機制。
