研究方向
從事線粒體和衰老的分子機(jī)制研究,,利用蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的方法研究線粒體蛋白動態(tài)變化及其與衰老及相關(guān)疾病的關(guān)系,。主要關(guān)注衰老和相關(guān)疾病中線粒體蛋白水平修飾(包括乙酰化,、琥珀?;脱趸龋€粒體功能的調(diào)節(jié)和反向信號傳導(dǎo)的影響,,以及在衰老相關(guān)疾病中的作用。
