上海市口腔醫(yī)學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室2003年建設(shè)，2006年正式掛牌，實(shí)驗(yàn)室先后4次參加了上海市科委組織的重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室評估，結(jié)果3次優(yōu)秀，優(yōu)良1次。重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)下設(shè)5個主要分支實(shí)驗(yàn)室，已全部實(shí)行PI、co-PI制。
實(shí)驗(yàn)室依托學(xué)科口腔臨床醫(yī)學(xué)（二級學(xué)科）是國家級重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，口腔基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)（二級學(xué)科）是國家級重點(diǎn)（培育）學(xué)科和上海市（第三期）重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。學(xué)科是國家“九五”、“十五”和“十一五”三期“211”工程重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，是國家口腔疾病臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心、國家雙一流建設(shè)學(xué)科、上海市高峰學(xué)科、上海市高水平地方大學(xué)建設(shè)學(xué)科、上海市重中之重臨床醫(yī)學(xué)中心和上海市臨床重點(diǎn)專科。人才梯隊(duì)完善，擁有中國工程院院士2名（邱蔚六和張志愿院士）、長江特聘教授2人/青年長江學(xué)者1人、國家自然科學(xué)基金委創(chuàng)新研究群體負(fù)責(zé)人1人、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金2人、萬人計劃1人、科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才1人、百千萬人才2人、上海市領(lǐng)軍人才7人。擁有口腔研究生導(dǎo)師113人，其中博士生導(dǎo)師59人。
近5年來，實(shí)驗(yàn)室承擔(dān)了包括國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃項(xiàng)目/課題、國家基金委創(chuàng)新研究群體項(xiàng)目、國家杰出青年基金項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金委重大研究計劃重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目/培育項(xiàng)目/課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金委重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)國際合作項(xiàng)目、中國工程院戰(zhàn)略咨詢項(xiàng)目等在內(nèi)的多個支撐國家創(chuàng)新體系的重要科研項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表了一批高水平科研論文（SCI論文893篇，影響因子大于10分的論文26篇，單篇最高影響因子25.8；國內(nèi)核心期刊論文635篇）。獲得國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎、教育部科技進(jìn)步一等獎、上海市科技進(jìn)步一等獎等科技獎勵27項(xiàng)。
實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要研究方向包括：（1）口腔腫瘤的分子診療新技術(shù)、口腔頭頸腫瘤個性化藥物研發(fā)；（2）功能性頜骨再生技術(shù)；（3）口腔-全身性疾病聯(lián)合研究；（4）口腔數(shù)字化醫(yī)學(xué)與遺傳性疾病; （5）青少年髁突吸收與牙頜面畸形的新型診治模式研究。

Shanghai Key Laboratory of Stomatology
Shanghai Key Laboratory of Stomatology was formed in 2003 and officially established in 2006. The laboratory has participated in the evaluation of key laboratories for four times, and 3 out of 4 evaluations are excellent. The key laboratories now have five major branch laboratories, all of which have implemented PI and co-PI management systems.
Oral Clinical Medicine (Secondary Discipline) is a national key discipline, and Oral Basic Medicine (Secondary Discipline) is a national key (cultivation) discipline as well as Shanghai (third phase) key discipline. The discipline is the key discipline of the National "Ninth Five-Year Plan", "Tenth Five-Year Plan", "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and "211" Project. It is also the National Center for Clinical Research of Oral Diseases, the National Double-Class Construction Discipline, Shanghai Peak Discipline, Shanghai High Horizontal local university construction discipline, Shanghai Clinical Medical Center and Shanghai Clinical Key Specialist. The laboratory has 2 academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 2 Changjiang Distinguished Professors, 1 Changjiang Young Scholar, 1 person in charge of innovation research group of NSFC, 2 China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists, 1 person supported by National High-level personnel of special support program, 1 leader of Youth Science and technology innovation, 2 people supported by New Centuary National Hundred,Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project and 7 leading talents in Shanghai. The laboratory has 113 graduate tutors, including 59 doctoral tutors.
In the past five years, Shanghai Key Laboratory of Stomatology has undertaken national key R & D plan projects / projects, the National Fund Committee Innovation Research Group Project, the National Outstanding Youth Fund Project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China Key Research Program Key Projects / Cultivation Projects / Projects, the National Natural Science Foundation of China Key Project Many important scientific research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China's key international cooperation projects and the Chinese Academy of Engineering's strategic consulting projects. This laboratory has published a number of high-level scientific research papers (893 SCI papers, 26 papers with an impact factor greater than 10 points, the highest single impact factor of 25.8; 635 domestic core journal papers).
The laboratory has won 27 scientific and technological awards including the second prize of the Scientific and Technological Progress of the State, the first prize of science and technology progress of the Ministry of education, and the first prize of science and technology progress of Shanghai.
The main research directions of the laboratory include: (1) new molecular diagnostic techniques, personalized drug development for oral cancer; (2) functional regeneration in mandible; (3) joint study of oral diseases-systemic diseases; (4) oral digital medicine and hereditary diseases, (5) A new model of diagnosis and treatment of adolescent condylar absorption and dental maxillofacial deformity.
