l 上海精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)研究院簡介 / Introduction
上海精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)研究院（以下簡稱“精準(zhǔn)院”）屬于上海市教委IV類高峰學(xué)科建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，是由上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院牽頭、依托上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院進(jìn)行實(shí)體化建設(shè)的上海市科技協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心。精準(zhǔn)院由雷鳴研究員任執(zhí)行院長，已建成蛋白質(zhì)平臺、組學(xué)平臺、電鏡平臺、生物成像平臺、化學(xué)生物學(xué)平臺、數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算與分析平臺。目前，精準(zhǔn)院已經(jīng)形成一支由多名中青年獨(dú)立研究員組成的科研隊(duì)伍，在干細(xì)胞與再生醫(yī)學(xué)、組織工程、病原微生物、生殖與遺傳發(fā)育、腫瘤與代謝性疾病、組學(xué)、結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)等與精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)密切相關(guān)的研究領(lǐng)域全面展開科研探索，同時(shí)與哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院、耶魯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院以及密歇根大學(xué)展開廣泛的國際合作與學(xué)生交流活動(dòng)，致力于成為有全球影響力的精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)研究基地。
Shanghai Institute of Precision Medicine (SHIPM) is established in August 2016 to align with the goal of developing Shanghai into a science innovation center. SHIPM belongs to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and is affiliated with Shanghai 9th People’s Hospital. Dr. Ming Lei is the Executive Director of SHIPM. As a subsidiary institute to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, SHIPM has built its scientific research team dedicated to promoting the precision prevention, diagnosis and therapy against severe chronic diseases threatening human health, such as cancer, metabolic diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, etc., by orchestrating the power of the basic and translational research to address questions in life science. SHIPM has established six cutting-edge research facilities in the fields of Protein Engineering, Mass Spectroscopy, Electron Microscopy, Bio-imaging, Chemical Biology and Bioinformatics. In an effort to become a precision medicine research hub with global influence, SHIPM is conducting extensive international cooperation and students exchange activities with Harvard Medical School, Yale Medical School and the University of Michigan.

To support the R&D activities, SHIPM has established six cutting-edge research facilities in the fields of Protein Engineering, Mass Spectroscopy, Electron Microscopy, Bio-imaging, Chemical Biology and Bioinformatics.
