中心介紹/Introduction
國家口腔疾病臨床醫(yī)學研究中心（上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院）（以下簡稱“中心”）自2016年7月由科學技術部,、國家衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會,、中央軍委后勤保障部,、國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局聯(lián)合發(fā)文立項,，2017年10月正式揭牌成立,。中心以臨床應用為導向,，以口腔疾病防控為目的,，以成果轉化為重點,，以協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡為支撐，擬建設成為系統(tǒng)化,、規(guī)?；⒓苫膰壹壙萍紕?chuàng)新基地,。
中心依托上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院三級甲等綜合性醫(yī)院的醫(yī)教研整體實力和優(yōu)勢,，使口腔醫(yī)學和臨床醫(yī)學得到有機的交叉、融合和共享,?？谇活M面外科、口腔修復科,、牙體牙髓病科,、牙周病科、口腔正畸科和口腔黏膜病科6個三級學科,，進入國家臨床重點?？平ㄔO。
學科現(xiàn)擁有強大的人才梯隊,，擁有中國工程院院士2名（邱蔚六院士和張志愿院士）,，其他人才包括教育部長江學者特聘教授2人、青年長江學者1人,、國家自然科學基金委創(chuàng)新研究群體負責人1人,、國家杰出青年科學基金2人、萬人計劃1人,、科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領軍人才1人,、百千萬人才2人、國家衛(wèi)健委突出貢獻中青年專家2人,、上海市領軍人才7人,、海外高層次人才7人，26人入選國際牙醫(yī)師學院Fellow,。學科骨干146人次擔任國內(nèi)外知名期刊學術顧問或審稿人,，50人次在國內(nèi)外重要學術組織擔任職務。
中心下設綜合辦公室,、臨床研究部,、基礎研究部、生物樣本庫,、數(shù)據(jù)信息與質量控制部,、生物統(tǒng)計部等部門，始終對標科技部任務,，在建設過程中注重中心發(fā)展體系搭建,。圍繞口腔重大疾病發(fā)生,、發(fā)展與轉歸中的重大科學問題，有針對性地組織開展一批多中心,、大樣本,、高質量的臨床醫(yī)學研究，制定基于臨床研究證據(jù)的“中國版”疾病防控方案和臨床指南,。充分發(fā)揮中心對接成果轉化鏈條各主體的優(yōu)勢,，引導研發(fā)機構、企業(yè)緊密協(xié)作,，推動臨床研究成果的轉移轉化，著重加強藥品,、口腔醫(yī)療耗材和醫(yī)療器械的臨床評價研究和產(chǎn)品孵化,。優(yōu)化整合華東地區(qū)口腔醫(yī)學臨床和研究資源，建立跨地域,、多學科交叉的口腔疾病防治轉化醫(yī)學協(xié)同研究網(wǎng)絡,，加速適宜技術和科技成果的推廣應用。建設并完善專業(yè)化的口腔臨床研究公共服務平臺,，培育一批臨床研究的領軍人才,、學科帶頭人和技術骨干，構建從實驗室到病床雙向快速通道,，充分發(fā)揮中心“國家隊”的擔當和使命,。
The National Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases is jointly granted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the Logistics Department of the Central Military Commission and the State Food and Drug Administration since July 2016. The center was officially established in October 2017. Oriented by clinical application, aimed at prevention and control of oral diseases, focused on achievement transformation and supported by collaborative network, We expect to transform our center into a systematic, large-scale and integrated national science and technology innovation base.
Relying on the great advantages of clinical disciplines in first-class general hospitals, the stomatology and clinical medicines are organically crossed, integrated and shared. Six clinical departments, oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral prosthetics, endodontics, periodontology, orthodontics and oral mucosal disease, are construction units of national clinical key specialist.
The center now has a strong talent team, including two academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, two specially appointed professors of Yangtze River scholars of the Ministry of education, one young Yangtze River scholars, one in charge of innovation research group of NSFC, two National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, one “Ten-thousand Talents Program” , and one Young and middle-aged leading talent in scientific and technological innovation, two Million Talents Project, two young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the National Health Commission, seven “Shanghai Leading Talents Training Program”, seven high-quality overseas talents, and twenty-six people were selected into the fellow of the International College of Dentists. 146 persons are served as academic consultants or reviewers of well-known journals, and 50 are as key academic organizations.
Benchmarking tasks of the Ministry of science and technology, Focusing on the construction of central development system in the process of construction, the center has established General Office, Clinical Research Department, Basic Research Department, Biological Sample Bank, Data and Information and Quality Control Department, Department of Biometric statistics，and Committee of Experts and Management Committee. Focusing on the major scientific issues in the occurrence, development and outcome of major oral diseases, a number of multi-centers, large sample and high-quality clinical medical research were organized, and the "Chinese version" disease prevention and control plan and clinical guidelines which based on clinical research evidence were formulated. Giving full play to the advantages of docking with the achievement transformation chain, guiding cooperation between R&D institutions and enterprises, promoting the transformation and application of clinical research results, and focusing on strengthening the clinical evaluation research and product incubation of drugs, oral medical consumables and devices. The center is dedicated to optimizing and integrating the clinical and research resources of stomatology in East China, establishing a cross regional and interdisciplinary collaborative research network of stomatological disease prevention and transformation medicine, and accelerating the promotion and application of appropriate technologies and scientific and technological achievements. We will build a professional public service platform for oral clinical research, cultivate a number of leading talents for clinical research, build a two-way fast channel from the laboratory to the hospital bed,
and exert the position and function of the "national team".

張志愿,，中國工程院院士
領域：口腔頜面部腫瘤與血管畸形的臨床與基礎研究,。
突出成就：上海交通大學光啟講席教授、衛(wèi)生部有突出貢獻的中青年專家,、何梁何利科學與技術進步獎獲得者,、全國優(yōu)秀科技工作者。現(xiàn)任國家級重點學科—口腔醫(yī)學學科帶頭人,，國家口腔疾病臨床醫(yī)學研究中心主任,、上海市口腔醫(yī)學重點實驗室主任、上海市重中之重臨床醫(yī)學中心主任,、中華口腔醫(yī)學會名譽會長,；中國抗癌協(xié)會常務理事，中國抗癌協(xié)會頭頸腫瘤專業(yè)委員會名譽主委,；國際牙醫(yī)學院,、英國愛丁堡皇家外科學院和香港大學牙醫(yī)學院fellowship。

Field: Clinical and basic research on oral and maxillofacial tumors and vascular malformations.
Outstanding achievements: Guangqi Chair Professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the Ministry of health, winner of He Liang He Li science and technology progress award, and national excellent scientific and technological workers. At present, he is the leader of national key discipline-Stomatology, director of National Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases, director of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Stomatology, director of Shanghai top priority clinical medicine center, honorary president of Chinese Stomatological Association, executive director of China Anticancer Association, honorary chairman of Head&Neck Oncology Committee of China Anticancer Association, and fellowship of International Dentistry Institute, the Royal College of surgeons, Faculty of Dentistry of Hong Kong University.
