中心介紹/Introduction
國家口腔疾病臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心（上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院）（以下簡稱“中心”）自2016年7月由科學(xué)技術(shù)部、國家衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會、中央軍委后勤保障部、國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局聯(lián)合發(fā)文立項，2017年10月正式揭牌成立。中心以臨床應(yīng)用為導(dǎo)向，以口腔疾病防控為目的，以成果轉(zhuǎn)化為重點，以協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)為支撐，擬建設(shè)成為系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)模化、集成化的國家級科技創(chuàng)新基地。
中心依托上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院、上海交通大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院的整體實力和優(yōu)勢，使口腔醫(yī)學(xué)和臨床醫(yī)學(xué)得到有機的交叉、融合和共享，匯聚了一批高水平專家學(xué)者。中心人才梯隊強大，擁有中國工程院院士2名（邱蔚六院士和張志愿院士）、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域世界頂級科學(xué)家Maurizoi S.Tonetti教授、教育部長江學(xué)者特聘教授2名、青年長江學(xué)者1名、國家自然科學(xué)基金委創(chuàng)新研究群體負責(zé)人1名、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金2名、國家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金1名、萬人計劃1名、科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才1名、百千萬人才2名、國家衛(wèi)健委突出貢獻中青年專家2名、上海市領(lǐng)軍人才7名、海外高層次人才8名。
中心下設(shè)綜合辦公室、臨床研究部、基礎(chǔ)研究部、生物樣本庫、數(shù)據(jù)信息與質(zhì)量控制部、生物統(tǒng)計部等部門，始終對標科技部任務(wù)，在建設(shè)過程中注重中心發(fā)展體系搭建。圍繞口腔重大疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)歸中的重大科學(xué)問題，有針對性地組織開展一批多中心、大樣本、高質(zhì)量的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究，制定基于臨床研究證據(jù)的“中國版”疾病防控方案和臨床指南。充分發(fā)揮中心對接成果轉(zhuǎn)化鏈條各主體的優(yōu)勢，引導(dǎo)研發(fā)機構(gòu)、企業(yè)緊密協(xié)作，推動臨床研究成果的轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化，著重加強藥品、口腔醫(yī)療耗材和醫(yī)療器械的臨床評價研究和產(chǎn)品孵化。優(yōu)化整合華東地區(qū)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)臨床和研究資源，建立跨地域、多學(xué)科交叉的口腔疾病防治轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)協(xié)同研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)，加速適宜技術(shù)和科技成果的推廣應(yīng)用。建設(shè)并完善專業(yè)化的口腔臨床研究公共服務(wù)平臺，培育一批臨床研究的領(lǐng)軍人才、學(xué)科帶頭人和技術(shù)骨干，構(gòu)建從實驗室到病床雙向快速通道，充分發(fā)揮中心“國家隊”的擔(dān)當和使命。
The National Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases is jointly granted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the Logistics Department of the Central Military Commission and the State Food and Drug Administration since July 2016. The center was officially established in October 2017. Oriented by clinical application, aimed at prevention and control of oral diseases, focused on achievement transformation and supported by collaborative network, We expect to transform our center into a systematic, large-scale and integrated national science and technology innovation base.
Relying on the overall strength and advantages of Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital and College of Stomatology Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the stomatology and clinical medicines are organically crossed, integrated and shared. The center now has a strong talent team, including two academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the world-leading stomatology scientist (Professor Maurizoi S.Tonetti), two specially appointed professors of Yangtze River scholars of the Ministry of education, one young Yangtze River scholars, one in charge of innovation research group of NSFC, two National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, one National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, one “Ten-thousand Talents Program” , and one Young and middle-aged leading talent in scientific and technological innovation, two Million Talents Project, two young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the National Health Commission, eight “Shanghai Leading Talents Training Program” and seven high-quality overseas talents.
Benchmarking tasks of the Ministry of science and technology, Focusing on the construction of central development system in the process of construction, the center has established General Office, Clinical Research Department, Basic Research Department, Biological Sample Bank, Data and Information and Quality Control Department, Department of Biometric statistics，and Committee of Experts and Management Committee. Focusing on the major scientific issues in the occurrence, development and outcome of major oral diseases, a number of multi-centers, large sample and high-quality clinical medical research were organized, and the "Chinese version" disease prevention and control plan and clinical guidelines which based on clinical research evidence were formulated. Giving full play to the advantages of docking with the achievement transformation chain, guiding cooperation between R&D institutions and enterprises, promoting the transformation and application of clinical research results, and focusing on strengthening the clinical evaluation research and product incubation of drugs, oral medical consumables and devices. The center is dedicated to optimizing and integrating the clinical and research resources of stomatology in East China, establishing a cross regional and interdisciplinary collaborative research network of stomatological disease prevention and transformation medicine, and accelerating the promotion and application of appropriate technologies and scientific and technological achievements. We will build a professional public service platform for oral clinical research, cultivate a number of leading talents for clinical research, build a two-way fast channel from the laboratory to the hospital bed, and exert the position and function of the "national team".

領(lǐng)域：口腔頜面部腫瘤與血管畸形的臨床與基礎(chǔ)研究。
突出成就：上海交通大學(xué)光啟講席教授、衛(wèi)生部有突出貢獻的中青年專家、何梁何利科學(xué)與技術(shù)進步獎獲得者、全國優(yōu)秀科技工作者。現(xiàn)任國家級重點學(xué)科—口腔醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科帶頭人，國家口腔醫(yī)學(xué)中心主任、國家口腔疾病臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心主任、上海市口腔醫(yī)學(xué)重點實驗室主任、上海市重中之重臨床醫(yī)學(xué)中心主任、中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會名譽會長；中國抗癌協(xié)會常務(wù)理事，中國抗癌協(xié)會頭頸腫瘤專業(yè)委員會名譽主委；國際牙醫(yī)學(xué)院、英國愛丁堡皇家外科學(xué)院和香港大學(xué)牙醫(yī)學(xué)院fellowship。

Field: Clinical and basic research on oral and maxillofacial tumors and vascular malformations.
Outstanding achievements: Guangqi Chair Professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the Ministry of health, winner of He Liang He Li science and technology progress award, and national excellent scientific and technological workers. At present, he is the leader of national key discipline-Stomatology, director of National Center for Stomatology, director of National Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases, director of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Stomatology, director of Shanghai top priority clinical medicine center, honorary president of Chinese Stomatological Association, executive director of China Anticancer Association, honorary chairman of Head&Neck Oncology Committee of China Anticancer Association, and fellowship of International Dentistry Institute, the Royal College of surgeons, Faculty of Dentistry of Hong Kong University.
